• Enquiry forms: your name, email address, organisation and role, and the message you send.
• Pilot programme forms: for clinics, the name of your clinic or hospital and whether you would host the pilot. For patients and carers, your name, contact details and your interest in taking part. This may include information about your health. We ask for your explicit consent before you submit it.
• Investor requests: your name, email address, organisation and the materials you ask for.
• Website use: we use one strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choices. With your consent, we also use HubSpot analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner.

• To reply to your enquiry or request, and to send you the information you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for enquiries and investor requests, and explicit consent for pilot applications.
• To assess pilot applications from clinics and patients. Health information is used only for this purpose, on the basis of your explicit consent.
• To manage our relationships with clinics, partners and investors, where you have asked us to keep in touch.

We store enquiries in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and use Google Firebase to host this website. We do not sell your information. We share pilot applications only with the clinic you have chosen, and only with your consent. Investor enquiries are kept separately from clinic and patient enquiries.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum

• Enquiries: 24 months from the last contact.
• Pilot applications: 12 months after the pilot programme ends, or until you withdraw consent if sooner.
• Investor requests: 24 months from the last contact, or for as long as the person is an investor.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to restrict or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@vitapanacea.com. This does not affect anything we have done before you withdrew it.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
