Vita Panacea is a UK medical technology company developing Nexus, a connected medication ecosystem for patients on injectable and complex treatments. Nexus combines the Nexus app, which turns pharmacy labels and clinicians’ instructions into one plan and keeps the patient’s record, with the Nexus device, a set of Med Pods that hold each medicine at its required temperature and record each dose as it is removed. The company was founded by Francesca (Chess) Howard, who previously headed a Healthcare and Life Sciences division in the Lloyd’s of London market, and is registered in England and Wales. Nexus has been classified as a Class I medical device under UK MDR 2002, on the self-declaration route. It won a Red Dot Design Concept award in 2026 and launches in 2027.

The company is Vita Panacea and the medication ecosystem is Nexus, which has two parts: the Nexus app and the Nexus device. The device is made up of three Med Pods, Nexus Air, Nexus Cryo and Nexus Edge, which sit on the Nexus Charging Plinth. Nexus Replenish is the repeat supply service. Use the full product name the first time you mention it, for example Nexus Air rather than Air. After that, the short name is fine.
